cheap made, plastic flimsy, start and stop button should not be on same button so when you think you turned it on its not on. No complete washed indicator so you dont know when the dishes are clean . The rack is not easy to load different types of dishes, this dishwasher is not that user friendly for loading or operating. It seems flimsy when you open and close the door, compared to my other dishwasher Kenmore that was made of metal. also louder than my old dishwasher. reason i did not get a new dishwasher like my old one , is because they dont make kenmore brand anymore . Im not happy with this new one but im stuck with it

It cleans the dishes but is built very cheap and flimsy. The racks are poorly designed. I™™ve had the door apart to repair both hinges two weeks after we finally got it. The door is very weak. I repaired it because we did not want to wait another month before we might get a replacement. Lucky to get this one. That™™s another story. Our last dishwasher lasted for 10 years and I don™™t see it happening with this one. Quality control is long gone. Will not purchase another.

My dishwasher was installed on August 12th. I used it about three times. After the third time I noticed water ™pooling™ on the floor of the dishwasher. A repair man came yesterday (8/25) and said the pump was defective and he needed to obtain a new one. When it arrives he will return and install it. I chose the Frigidaire product in the store because of the name recognition and its reputation for manufacturing a quality product. I truly hope this ™glitch™ is the only problem I will have with the product.

My new dishwasher seem to be working well. I appreciate the spot free solution that was inside on delivery. I wouldn't have tried it on my own, but now have purchased the next bottle. I do have an issue with the door rollers. They seem to stick going into the washer. It makes for a rough push in when closing the door. Other than that all good.

I haven™™t had a dishwasher in 11 years so I was beyond excited to get this one installed! The value is great when compared with other dishwashers, it was easily installed, runs quietly, and I love the controls on the top of the door. If you don™™t need expensive fancy extra features on your dishwasher, this one will do the job and do it well!

Does the job, noise level OK....disappointed, side moulding are not included...I have a gap on both sides....Famous Tate will not accommodate by sending side mouldings, I made numerous calls, emails of pictures, etc...they have refused as Frigidaire does not provide side mouldings ..needless to say, they lost my repeat business.

I bought this model because I had the same brand that lasted for 19 years even with heavy use! This new one was the replacement. The new one is obviously better, very quiet and the washer arm cleans the dishes exceptionally well.

Self installation was manageable. Cleans well. Racks are very lightweight construction. Top rack is too high for some bottles and stemware. Bottom rack is very ™clunky™ going out and in. Layout for of bottom rack is not as practical or efficient as our old Kenmore. Is not really quiet.

This dishwasher is so quiet. The shelves give enough room to add all your dirty dishes. And I have not found one piece of anything on my clean dishes. Only wish the buttons was on the front of the door and not on the top. My personal preference.

our existing 12 year old basic dishwasher was failing us so started the look for a new one. This is one of the nicest looking white dishwashers especially for the price. Very clean look with top controls, unit was very light weight. I have only had it for about a month but it's working great so far, everything comes out clean which is all I really want from it. Even things that the old dishwasher couldn't clean this one is so far taking care of. Purchased through Lowes and this unit had alot of positive reviews and a very reasonable price. Only time will tell how durable it is, previous unit lasted 12 years with no maintenance or repairs lets see how long this can last.

All of my appliances in this kitchen is Frigidaire. I recently replaced my older Fridgidaire diswasher with a new one. The new one is cheaply made, hard to hookup, and difficult to operate. The water connection required me to visit the store for a new fitting. When running, each cycle take forever to complete and you really never know when it is over because the lights stay on forever. I have used Frigidaire appliances all of my adult life (over 50 years) as my parents did but now I will seriously consider changing brands.

When we first got it, we were trying to push in the lower rack the way we did with our previous dishwasher. It made a terrible racket. Over time we have discovered slow and gentle does the trick, with a slight amount of lifting as it goes over the track inside the washer.

Excellent choice I made when I picked this dishwasher. It does a great job on the dishes. I like all of the options it has for cleaning, my favorite is the top rack. That is priceless for me living a long, I don't always need to clean a whole load of dishes. I so appreciate how quit it runs.

The dishwasher does a great job of cleaning the items without leaving spots when I use Dawn platinum and Cascade power dry. I leave the dishwasher on air dry so that I do not melt anything or start a fire. The booklet explains to set air dry and then hit start button.
