Extremely happy with this refrigerator. I bought this one online. hubby and I went back and forth between different brands and different styles. We ultimately choose this one and so glad we did. It is way bigger on the inside then my previous fridge which was the same cubic feet but way older, when comparing my new one vs old the inside frame was thinner giving a lot more room and the big drawer that is the full length of the shelf is amazing and the door shelves are huge, I can actually store gallons of milk, juice etc in the door. This is something I have never had before. The one thing I do not like is there is no separate compartment for eggs or butter, but Amazon can help with that.

My old fridge was a Frigidaire and was going out (freezer no longer working properly). Also, it had began getting loud which I attributed to the fact it was old and barely working. However, this new fridge is as loud as the old one. I didn't realize at the time when I was shopping for a new fridge, I was buying the same brand because I was in a crunch. Should have paid more attention and did my homework.

Unit was delivered without a hitch. The delivery men were in and out (including the old frig) in about ten minutes.The appliance is fairly quiet (compared to my 36 year old Kenmore) and doesn't seem to run that much. But, since I live alone it isn't used that much so the door isn't opened a lot. I bought the ice maker through Amazon and installed it myself. ($50 cheaper) Fairly straight forward. Works OK and produces about what they say it will.I don't really care for the gallon jug shelves in the door since it places the interior shelves farther back. But, that seems to be what people want.No light in the freezer is a drawback but I knew that when I bought it. As the title says, time will tell.Overall, very pleased.

We are very pleased with this frig. The unit to has plenty of space on the door which allows extra storage in the shelves. It keeps everything good and cold.We also purchased an ice maker. Plenty of ice. No Hassle!The freezer also keeps things cold. We actually turned the temp a click warmer than the suggested temp as our ice cream was rock hard.The only thing we miss is a light in the freezer. I wish we had thought of it.

The leveling system was very difficult to operate

In order to get the doors to close at all I had to lift the front of the unit almost an inch and a half and the freezer still does not close unless we push it closed. The locking mechanism to secure the doors tightly closed also prevents it from closing without having to push it closed.

Planned on putting it in our basement. Put it in our garage to make sure it worked properly. Set the thermostat as low as possible. 22 degrees! Light wouldn™€™t work unless the thermostat was set to off! What an aggravation!

two major problems with refrigerator

Unfortunately, I don't. have a good review. The day refrigerator was delivered (only three weeks ago) the door made clicking noises when opening and closing. Repair technician said it needed a new hinge assembly. More importantly the refrigerator continues to maintain a temperature of 30 degrees even though it is set at either recommended or lowest cold setting. PC Richards is working on a "return authorization". Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.
