The stove it self is great. The main menu keeps freezing up and I have to cut off the power to reset. I have made 3 calls into the call center about repairs and they keep telling me someone will call back. No one has called back. My stove is 8 months old. POOR SERVICE>

We purchased this range to replace an older Frigidaire gas range that was not working anymore. We are very happy with the improvements made to the new models and added features. I especially like the griddle and the air fry in the oven. The range is easy to clean and instruction book is easy to understand.

I was browsing around and came across this stove on sale. So I checked it out. This stove has convection bake, convection roast, and air fry! It also has a converter for going between convection for your recipe times. It comes with a temperature probe for perfect meat every time. So far this thing has exceeded my expectations and am very happy with the purchase.

We were thrilled to finally replace our not very old LG. Now we still have problems as the center burner is ™jetting™™. The flame is inconsistent & the installer couldn™™t adjust it. So here we are again waiting for the technician on a brand new range.

We have really enjoyed our new range. Burners burn even and the oven/ air fryer are great. This one is more efficient and cooks faster than our old one so I™™d suggest you keep an eye on your food to avoid burning your food until you get used to the new oven.

My 14 year old GE dual fuel oven died and we needed to buy a new one. I looked at a lot of reviews of different brands and this one had the best reviews. After talking with the salesman who has worked in this particular store for 24 years he gave me his honest opinion. He likes the Frigidaire brand, not to say there aren™™t better stoves/ovens but within our budget this was his favorite. I really like the looks of the stove top and it works great. So for the pros™¦ I love how it cooks and bakes. I like that the time still shows with the ™timer™ time showing.. I like how the knobs feel when turning them. I love the convection oven! I also like having numbers instead of arrows to put in the temperature or time. Now for the cons: I feel like the stainless steel is a piece of tin. Light, flimsy, & thin. The bottom drawer is small (but the oven is larger so that helps) and very wimpy. Not made well at all. When I took it out if the box I was shocked. I should have tested it at the store. I called the store back and they said everything today is made that way. The last con is that the timer is awkward. In order to turn it off you have to push the timer button again plus turn the oven off.. it™™s all separate which my old oven buttons were streamlined and if I wanted a separate timer from the oven I could use that function so this is annoying. Not a deal breaker just a little annoying. I™™m getting used to it though.Altogether I™™m glad I got this stove/oven over the LG for many reasons. I just wish things were made sturdier and to last longer. I definitely opted not to pay a higher amount for something ™pricey™ because nothing lasts like they used to. I™™m glad we didn™™t return it. Hopefully it lasts a long time!

Only had it a couple days, but I love it! My old stove when the oven was on, if you went to open the door and the back of your hand hit the oven door, you would get burned and I mean REALLY burned! And most of the entire oven door would get hot. Also if you wanted to get something out of the broiler drawer when the oven was on, nope, everything was hot and you couldn't pick anything up. My daughter has this stove & I was amazed her oven door never got hot and you could reach in the bottom drawer no problem and not have to worry about getting burned. So we went and got the stove my daughter has, only hers is older. Haven't tried the air fryer yet. Again, only had it a few days, but LOVE IT!!!!!!

This range is amazing! The burners are amazing, boil a huge pot of water in a few minutes! Oven preheats in 5 minutes which I love. Baking multiple trays in same time as 1 with convection bake is amazing! Air fry works well but does make a little mess yet set clean for 2 hrs and wipe ash out...recommend highly

I™™m loving my new range. My only complaint is that the timer (which I use almost every time I use the range) is in the middle of the middle row which makes it hard to locate in a rush. I™™d prefer it next to the number pad (which I love!).

This is our 2nd Frigidaire Gas range and we are very happy with the unit. The cooktop and the cast iron grates are all perfect, it is nice to have the oval middle burner for odd shaped cooking vessels (which we do have)!!! The one caveat that I would have is that we have truly enjoyed having the integrated griddle on our old stovetop which is not available on the new model. If that could be offered even as an add-on that would be great. Other than that we enjoy our new range.
